Sinopsis Bishoujo ni TS Tensei Shitakara Daijoyu wo Mezasu!

Keiji Matsuda is a 39-year-old man who, due to failing health, has become bedridden. Having no friends to help him and his family ostracizing him, Keiji is left with nothing to do but regret his life. Perhaps, he thinks, it would have been better if he was born a girl instead. The moment he had that thought, he heard a voice out of nowhere and his consciousness fell into darkness… He woke up to a familiar ceiling, now in the body of a baby.
